Aroma: rich, complex, tangy, leather, fresh wood but not sharp

 

Flavor: Intensely tangy with lots of sweet fresh fruit flavor: raspberry and fresh orange juice. A slight butteriness. Overall a crisp, clean flavor with just a slight lingering earthy note.

 

Recommendation: Highly recommended. Excellent; the flavor is intense and clean and beautifully exemplifies the tangy, fruit-forward flavors of Malagasy cacao.
